The 32-year-old model and actress was performing Katy Perry's hit 'California Girls' on the noontime program's lip sync battle when her tube slightly slipped down.
Luckily,one of the 'It's Showtime' dancers came to her rescue and immediately covered her while she was pulling up her tube.
Despite her wardrobe malfunction,Maui continued her performance without missing a beat.
